Compass does not have terms of service yet. Rather than post borrowed contract text that nobody has read against how this product actually works, this page says so and stays empty until there is a real one.
Until then, what you agreed to is the set of disclosures on the screen before your first analysis, and this page. In plain words: Compass is a thinking tool, the reasoning comes from a language model, nobody licensed reviews it, what you do next is your decision, and the money you have spent is the most this could ever be worth to you.
You will be asked to read them before your next analysis rather than told in a footer. Agreeing once to something that has since been rewritten is not agreeing.
